Built with 304/316 stainless steel chambers, it offers durability and hygiene, while the microprocessor-based PID temperature controller delivers accurate and stable performance. The Flame Proof Vacuum Oven and GMP models are ideal for cleanroom and controlled environments. Vacuum Oven (Round – Rectangular) (Regular – Gmp Models)
- Specially designed heating element that eliminates exposed heaters, providing a smooth chamber surface.
- Full-length heat-tempered inner glass window for clear observation of the load.
- Radiant warm-wall heating guarantees even heat distribution throughout the chamber.
- Chamber constructed of 304 stainless steel with GI powder-coated exterior finish in the Regular model.
- GMP model: interior 304 SS matt/buff finish and exterior 304 SS matt finish.
- Two stainless-steel valves (316/304) — one for evacuating and one for purging/flushing.
- Vacuum levels controllable between 1″ and 30″ Hg.
- Food-grade silicone door gasket and highly aligned sturdy door fitting for a secure seal.
- Perforated, buffed SS trays for round models.
- Smooth-edged, non-perforated trays for rectangular models.
- Automatic autotuning microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with dual digital indicator and PT-100 sensor.

- PLC-based touch screen control system with printer output facility.
- Safety controller takes over control in case of temperature overshoot or if the main PID temperature controller fails.
- Printer output facility records PV, SV, actual date/time with variable print time intervals, 5000-line memory, and audio alarm when memory is full.
