The Hot Air Oven (LOD Oven) is a high-performance laboratory heating instrument designed for precise drying, sterilizing, and heat treatment applications. As a leading Hot Air Oven Manufacturer, Cintex offers Regular, GMP, and cGMP models built with triple-walled stainless-steel construction for superior durability and thermal efficiency. The oven features high-quality glass wool insulation to prevent heat loss and ensure stable performance. Its microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with dual digital indicators and PT-100 sensor guarantees accurate temperature control within a range of 5°C above ambient to 250°C with ±1°C accuracy.
Equipped with U-type SS air heaters and a motorized blower, the oven ensures uniform air circulation and even heat distribution throughout the chamber. Optional upgrades include a PLC-based touch screen control system, printer output, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance software, audio alarms, and a programmable PID temperature controller for advanced monitoring. Available in Flameproof and Smart Series models, the Hot Air Oven is ideal for laboratories, pharmaceutical units, and research facilities requiring reliable, energy-efficient, and safe thermal processing solutions.

- Triple walled in construction with Inner made of Stainless Steel – 304 & Exterior of GI/MS sheet duly finished in powder coated shade in REGULAR MODEL.
- Inner SS 316 or SS 304 Exterior SS 304 Matt/Buff finish in GMP/CGMP Models.
- High quality compressed glass wool or cerawool insulation between walls to prevent heat loss.
- A fully insulated door with sturdy brass SS hinges with handle lock and gasket with perfect sealing is provided to open/close the door.
- Automatic autotuning Microprocessor based PID Temperature Controller with Dual Digital Indicator & PT–100 sensor.
- Perforated Inner chamber for air circulation & uniform distribution of temperature within the chamber.
- Air circulation by motorized blower for uniform distribution of temperature within the chamber.
- The heating is provided by U-Type SS Air Heater.
- Available with SS 304 Rod type shelves.
- Temperature Range: 5°C above ambient to 250°C. Temperature Accuracy: ±1°C.
Optional
- PLC Based Touch Screen Control System with printer output facility.
- Safety controller required to take over control in case of temperature overshoot or if main PID temperature controller fails.
- Printer output facility required to record PV, SV, actual date/time with variable print time interval, 5000 line memory, and audio alarm facility in case of memory full.
