Description
The Flame-Proof Vacuum Oven is specially engineered for safe and efficient drying, degassing, and heat treatment processes in hazardous environments. Designed with double-walled stainless-steel construction, this oven ensures maximum durability and thermal insulation. The inner chamber, made of SS 304 and flameproof outer housing maintains optimal heat retention, while high-grade Glasswool or Cerawool insulation minimizes heat loss. Controlled by a flameproof (FLP) PID temperature controller with a digital indicator and FLP PT-100 sensor, it guarantees precise temperature regulation within a range of 50°C to 200°C and accuracy of ±1°C to ±2°C.
The Flame Proof Vacuum Oven features a vacuum gauge, gas inert line, and adjustable SS 304 non-perforated trays, making it ideal for use in pharmaceutical, chemical, and research laboratories where volatile or flammable substances are handled. Its flameproof junction box and grouped control panel enhance operational safety, while the oven maintains a maximum vacuum of 30” HG with minimal vacuum loss after 24 hours. Flame Proof Vacuum Oven
- Double walled in construction with Inner made of SS 304 & Outer GI Powder coated shade in REGULAR MODEL.
- Inner made of SS 304 & Outer SS 304 Matt/Buff finish in GMP MODEL.
- The high grade compressed Glasswool/Cerawool insulation provided in between the wall to minimize the heat loss.
- The Temperature is controlled by FLP PID Temperature Controller with Digital Indicator & FLP PT-100 sensor. Vacuum Gauge is provided at the top of the oven. All controls are grouped in the Flame Junction Control Box.
- The Control Panel includes FLP PID Temperature Controller, Vacuum Gauge, etc., and is safely placed on top of the oven. Vacuum valve & gas inert line are provided on one side of the unit.
- Adjustable SS 304 non-perforated trays are provided as per selected oven size.
- The heaters are enclosed in a pocket with a flame-proof junction box.
- Maximum Vacuum: 30” HG, Vacuum Loss: 1” after 24 hours.
- Temperature Range: 50°C to 200°C.
- Temperature Accuracy: ±1°C to ±2°C.
Optional
- FLP Safety Controller is required to take over control in case of FLP PID Temperature overshoot or if the main FLP PID Temperature Controller is out of order.
- PLC Based TOUCH SCREEN Control System with PRINTER OUTPUT facility.
