Description
The Flameproof Hot Air Oven is engineered for safe and efficient heating applications in hazardous environments. Designed with a heavy-gauge SS 304 inner chamber and a durable exterior (available in GI powder-coated or SS 304 matt finish for GMP models), it ensures superior strength and longevity. High-grade glass wool or cerawool insulation minimizes heat loss, while a flameproof PID temperature controller and PT-100 Class A sensor ensure precise temperature control. Uniform heat distribution is achieved through a flameproof motorized blower and SS rod-type heaters. The oven features a fully insulated door with a food-grade silicone gasket, sturdy hinges, and adjustable SS shelves. It offers a temperature range of 50°C to 250°C with ±1°C to ±2°C accuracy, making it ideal for laboratory and industrial applications requiring flameproof operation.
Flameproof Hot Air Oven
- Inner made of heavy gauge SS 304 and exterior made of GI powder coated shade in REGULAR MODEL.
- Inner made of heavy gauge SS 304 and exterior SS 304 Matt/Buff finish in GMP MODEL.
- The high-grade compressed glasswool/cerawool insulation is provided between the walls to minimize heat loss.
- The temperature is controlled by FLP PID Temperature Controller with FLP PT-100 Class A sensor.
- Air circulation is performed by an FLP heavy-duty motorized blower firmly installed at the top of the oven for better internal circulation and temperature uniformity.
- Heating is provided by FLP SS rod-type heaters clamped on two sides of the chamber with an SS perforated bottom.
- A fully insulated door with a perfectly sealed food-grade silicon gasket is provided.
- A strong and easy mechanism of designed SS hinges and ball catch or handle lock for opening/closing the door is provided.
- Temperature Range: 50°C to 250°C.
- Temperature Accuracy: ±1°C to ±2°C.
- Adjustable SS 304 rod-type shelves are provided.

- PLC Based TOUCH SCREEN Control System with PRINTER OUTPUT facility.
- FLP Safety Controller to take over control in case of Temp. overshoot or if main FLP Temp. Controller is out of order.
- PRINTER OUTPUT: Facility required to record PV, SV, Actual Date/Time with variable print time interval, 5000 line memory.
