Description

The Hot Air Oven (Smart Series) is a high-performance, triple-walled unit designed for precision heating and drying applications in pharmaceutical, research, and industrial laboratories. Its inner chamber is made of SS 304 with a matt or buff finish in the GMP model, ensuring durability and easy maintenance. The oven features advanced glasswool insulation to minimize heat loss and a Microprocessor PLC-based touch screen temperature controller with a dual digital indicator and PT-100 sensor. It includes data recording and printer output for PV, SV, and real-time monitoring with adjustable print intervals. The system provides HMI-based motor, heater, and sensor indications, fault alerts, and an audio alarm for temperature overshoot. Enhanced with password-protected door access for admin, supervisor, and user levels, it ensures operational safety and controlled usage. The unit has a timer function, auto temperature control, adjustable SS 304 rod shelves, and a fully insulated, silicone-gasketed door with robust SS hinges and a handle lock. Operating within a temperature range of 5°C above ambient to 250°C and with an accuracy of ±1°C to ±2°C, this oven combines advanced safety, performance, and smart control in one compact system.

  • Triple walled in construction; Inner made of SS 304 & Outer made of SS 304 Matt/Buff finish in GMP MODEL.
  • The high grade compressed glasswool insulation provided in between the wall to minimize the heat loss.
  • The temperature is controlled by Microprocessor PLC-based touch screen Temperature Controller with Dual Digital Indicator & PT–100 sensor having printer output data on printer to record PV, SV, Actual Date/Time with variable print time interval.
  • Motor, Heater & Sensor indication directly on HMI with fault error.
  • Audio Alarm Facility for overshoot of temperature.

  • The heating is provided through ‘U’ type SS Air Heater clamped at bottom of chamber having SS perforated platform.
  • A fully insulated door with perfectly sealed food-grade silicon gasket is provided.
  • A strong and easy mechanism of designed SS hinges & handle lock to open/close the door is provided.
  • Exhaust port provided at top side of the oven.
