Description

The Vacuum Oven (Round – Heating/Cooling Model) is engineered for precise drying, curing, and testing applications under controlled temperature and vacuum conditions. It features a double-walled construction with an SS 304 inner chamber and powder-coated exterior in the Regular Model, while the GMP Model includes both inner and outer SS 304 matt/buff finish for superior corrosion resistance. High-grade compressed glass wool insulation minimizes heat loss, ensuring energy efficiency. The unit is equipped with a microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with a dual digital indicator and PT-100 sensor for accurate temperature management. Its control panel includes a vacuum gauge, indicator lamps, and safety fuses, with vacuum valves and gas inert lines conveniently positioned on one side. The SS 304 non-perforated trays offer durability, while the toughened glass door allows observation without heat loss. The CFC-free cooling kit, comprising a compressor and condenser, ensures uniform performance, and the cooling coil is positioned outside the chamber. The oven achieves a maximum vacuum of 30” HG (760 mm) with minimal loss and maintains a temperature range of 20°C to 60°C with ±3°C to ±4°C accuracy, making it ideal for laboratory and industrial applications requiring controlled environments.

  • Construction: Double walled in construction with Inner made of SS 304 & Exterior GI Powder Coated shade in REGULAR MODEL. Double walled in construction Inner made of SS 304 & Exterior SS 304 Matt/Buff finish in GMP MODEL.
  • Insulation: The high-grade compressed glass wool insulation is provided between the walls to minimize heat loss.
  • Controller: The temperature is controlled by a Microprocessor-based PID Temperature Controller with Dual Digital Indicator & PT-100 sensor.
  • Control Panel: The Control Panel consists of main PID Temp. Controller, Vacuum Gauge, Indicator Lamp, Main Switch, Fuse, etc., safely placed at the top for easy access. Vacuum Valves & Gas Inert lines are provided at one side of the oven.
  • Shelves: The shelves provided are SS 304 non-perforated trays depending upon the selected size of the oven.
  • Glass Door: A toughened glass view is provided on the door for clear observation of the test without disturbing temperature equilibrium.
  • Cooling Kit: The Cooling Kit includes hermetically sealed Compressor, Condenser, Fan Motor, etc., safely placed on the top or bottom of the unit. Cooling Refrigerant is CFC-free.
  • Cooling Coil: Provided outside the chamber.
  • Vacuum: Max. Vacuum: 30” HG (760 mm). Vacuum Loss: 1” HG in 26 hours.
  • Temperature:
    • Temp. Range: 20°C to 60°C
    • Temp. Accuracy: Within ±3°C to ±4°C

Optional

  • Safety Controller: Required to take over control in case of temperature overshoot or if the main PID Temperature Controller fails.
  • Timer: Facility included.
  • Printer Output: Facility to record PV, SV, actual Date/Time with variable print time interval, 5000-line memory, and audio alarm in case of memory full.
  • Software: 21 CFR Part 11 compliance software for data management.
