Description

The Water Bath (Serological Model) is a precision-engineered laboratory instrument designed for serological testing, incubation, and other applications requiring accurate temperature control. Built with a double-walled construction, it features a stainless steel (SS 304) inner chamber and an exterior of either GI with a powder-coated finish (Regular Model) or SS 304 matt/buff mirror finish (GMP Model). The unit is fully argon-welded for leak-proof performance and long-lasting durability, while high-quality glass wool insulation minimizes heat loss. Equipped with a microprocessor-based PID temperature controller, dual digital display, and PT-100 sensor, it ensures precise temperature regulation with an accuracy of ±0.5°C (±0.3°C for cGMP stirrer models). The ISI-marked stainless steel heater, drainage cock, and automatic heater cut-off enhance safety and ease of use. The output power is adjustable for efficient heating, with a temperature range of 5°C above ambient to 70°C. Compatible with Khan racks, this serological water bath is available in various sizes and capacities, making it ideal for laboratories in microbiology, biotechnology, and clinical research.
