Description
The Round Oil Bath is a durable and efficient heating system designed for laboratory and industrial applications such as stability testing, preheating, conditioning, and tempering. It features a heavy-gauge stainless steel (SS 304) chamber with leak-proof argon welding and glass wool insulation to minimize heat loss. The GMP model has an elegant SS 304 matt or buff finish, while the regular model comes with a GI powder-coated exterior. Equipped with a microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with a dual digital indicator and PT-100 sensor, it ensures precise temperature control from 5°C above ambient to 300°C with ±2°C accuracy. The unit includes an easily replaceable SS heater, drainage cock, side handles for easy handling, and an automatic heater cut-off for energy efficiency and safety.
