Description
The Low Temperature Bath is a precision-engineered unit designed for applications requiring controlled low-temperature environments. It features a double-walled construction with an inner chamber made of SS 304 and an outer body of GI powder-coated sheet in the regular model, while the GMP model comes with SS 304/SS 316 inner and SS 304 matt/buff finish exterior. High-grade PUFF insulation minimizes heat loss, ensuring efficient performance. The bath is equipped with a microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with a dual digital indicator and PT-100 sensor for accurate temperature regulation. It includes ‘U’ type SS heaters for heating and a CFC-free cooling kit with a hermetically sealed compressor and condenser. A pump cum stirring assembly ensures internal and external circulation for uniform temperature distribution, with a cooling coil integrated inside the chamber for effective performance.
Low Temp. Bath
- Double-walled construction with inner chamber made of SS 304 and exterior made of GI sheet, finished in GI powder-coated shade in REGULAR MODEL.
- Inner chamber made of SS 304/SS 316 and exterior finished in SS 304 matt/buff finish in GMP MODEL.
- High-grade PUFF insulation provided between the walls to minimize heat loss.
- Temperature controlled by microprocessor-based PID Temp. Controller with dual digital indicator and PT-100 sensor.
- Heating provided by ‘U’ type SS heaters.
- Cooling kit includes hermetically sealed compressor, condenser, fan motor, etc., safely placed below the chamber. Cooling kit is CFC-free.
- Unit consists of pump-cum-stirring assembly for internal as well as external circulation and better temperature uniformity. External head up to 5/6 feet only.
- Pump Output: 7/8 Ltr. per minute.
- Cooling coil provided inside the chamber.
Optional
- Alarm facility to alert in case of temperature overshoot.
- Printer output facility to record PV, SV, actual date/time with variable print time interval, 5000-line memory, and audio alarm in case of memory full.
- Imported thermic fluid oil can be supplied at extra cost.
- Flexible SS 304 braided hose pipe with insulation cover can be provided.
- Low-level detection of brine/fluid with audio alarm facility.
