Description
The Viscosity Bath is a high-precision unit designed for accurate viscosity testing under controlled temperature conditions. It features a double-walled construction with an inner chamber made of SS 304 and an outer GI powder-coated body in the regular model, while the GMP model includes SS 316/SS 304 inner and SS 304 matt or buff finish exterior. The bath is well-insulated with high-grade PUFF or glasswool to minimize heat loss. It is equipped with a microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with a dual digital indicator and PT-100 sensor for precise temperature control. A stirring assembly motor ensures uniform internal circulation and temperature consistency, while a perforated SS platform provides stable sample placement. The unit also includes ‘U’ type SS heaters for efficient heating, a drainage outlet for convenience, and dual side handles for easy handling. For clear test visibility, it is fitted with a fluorescent backlight and a front glass window. The cooling model incorporates a CFC-free refrigeration system with a hermetically sealed compressor and condenser for reliable performance.
Viscocity Bath
- Double walled in construction with inner made of SS 304 and exterior GI powder coated shade in REGULAR MODEL.
- Inner made of SS 316/SS 304 and exterior SS 304 matt/buff finish in GMP MODEL.
- The high-grade compressed PUFF/Glasswool insulation is provided between the walls to minimize heat loss.
- The temperature is controlled by automatic autotuning type microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with dual digital indicator and PT-100 sensor.
- The unit consists of a stirring assembly motor for internal circulation and temperature uniformity.
- A perforated SS bottom platform is provided in the bath.
- Heating is provided by ‘U’ type SS special heaters.
- Two handles at adjacent sides of the bath are provided for easy lifting.
- A drainage at the side of the bath is provided for outlet purpose.
- Illumination by fluorescent tube at the back of the bath is provided for clear visibility of the test.
- A glass window is provided at the front for clear observation of the test.
- The cooling model consists of a hermetically sealed compressor, condenser, fan motor, etc., safely placed below or on one side of the unit.
- Cooling refrigerant is CFC free.
