Description
The Ultrasonic Bath (Table Top Cooling Model) is a precision-engineered cleaning system designed for efficient and thorough cleaning of laboratory glassware, instruments, and components with complex shapes or hard-to-reach areas. This unit operates using ultrasonic energy transmitted through a fluid medium, ensuring deep and uniform cleaning. Constructed with a stainless steel (SS 304) tank and exterior with a matte finish, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The bath is equipped with a microprocessor-based PID temperature controller, PT-100 sensor, and a solid-state circuitry timer (0–99 minutes) for accurate control and convenience. It also features pulse sweep power technology for uniform ultrasonic energy distribution and PZT-type transducers bonded to the tank for powerful cleaning performance. The system includes an advanced MOSFET-based SMPS ultrasonic generator and a CFC-free cooling kit comprising a hermetically sealed compressor, condenser, and fan motor for temperature-controlled operation. Additionally, a stainless steel cover lid and drainage cock are provided for safety, cleanliness, and ease of use, making it ideal for laboratories and research facilities requiring high-performance ultrasonic cleaning with cooling functionality.
