Description
The Water Bath (Clear Bottom Series) is a highly efficient and durable laboratory equipment designed for research and production applications such as stability testing, conditioning, pre-heating, and tempering. Built with a heavy gauge stainless steel chamber for leak-proof durability, it features a GI powder-coated exterior in the Regular Model and an SS 304 matt/buff finish in the GMP Model. The unit includes 1” or 2” glass wool insulation to minimize heat loss, along with side handles for easy lifting and a drainage cock for convenient water outlet. A special SS heater ensures uniform heating and can be easily replaced when needed. The temperature is precisely controlled by a Microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with a dual digital indicator and PT-100 sensor, offering automatic tuning, adjustable heater output, and an automatic cut-off function to conserve energy. With a temperature range of 5°C above ambient to 99.9°C and an accuracy of ±0.5°C, this water bath guarantees reliable performance and consistent temperature control for a wide range of laboratory applications.
