Description
The Constant Temperature Bath is a precisely engineered laboratory instrument designed to maintain uniform and stable temperatures for various testing and research applications. It features a double-walled construction with an SS 304 matt/buff finish inner chamber and a GI powder-coated exterior, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. High-grade compressed glasswool insulation minimizes heat loss and enhances energy efficiency. The temperature is controlled by an automatic auto-tuning microprocessor-based PID controller with a dual digital indicator and PT-100 sensor for accurate monitoring and control. A stirring assembly motor ensures efficient internal circulation and consistent temperature uniformity throughout the bath. The unit includes a perforated SS platform, ‘U’ type SS heaters, and side handles for easy operation and portability. A side drainage outlet allows convenient liquid removal, while a fluorescent backlight and front glass window provide clear visibility during tests. The cooling model features a CFC-free refrigeration system with a hermetically sealed compressor, condenser, and fan motor for maintaining low-temperature applications, making it ideal for laboratories and industries requiring precise thermal control.
Constant Temperature Bath
- Double walled in construction with inner made of SS 304 and exterior GI powder coated shade in REGULAR MODEL.
- Inner made of SS 316/SS 304 and exterior SS 304 matt/buff finish in GMP MODEL.
- The high-grade compressed PUFF/Glasswool insulation is provided between the walls to minimize heat loss.
- The temperature is controlled by automatic autotuning type microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with dual digital indicator and PT-100 sensor.
- The unit consists of a stirring assembly motor for internal circulation and temperature uniformity.
- A perforated SS bottom platform is provided in the bath.
- Heating is provided by ‘U’ type SS special heaters.
- Two handles at adjacent sides of the bath are provided for easy lifting.
- A drainage at the side of the bath is provided for outlet purpose.
- Illumination by fluorescent tube at the back of the bath is provided for clear visibility of the test.
- A glass window is provided at the front for clear observation of the test.
- The cooling model consists of a hermetically sealed compressor, condenser, fan motor, etc., safely placed below or on one side of the unit.
- Cooling refrigerant is CFC free.
