Available in Regular, GMP, and cGMP models, it features a double-walled stainless-steel (SS 304) construction with high-grade PUF insulation to ensure minimal heat loss and energy efficiency. The unit is equipped with a microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with dual digital indicators and a PT-100 sensor for highly accurate readings. Its CFC-free cooling system, SS air heaters, and heavy-duty motorized blower guarantee uniform air circulation and stable temperature maintenance between 5°C to 60°C (±1°C accuracy). The incubator also includes a fully insulated viewing door, racks on both sides for tray placement, and advanced safety features such as overload protection, MCB, and temperature deviation alarms. - Double walled Inner made of SS 304 Matt/Buff finish and Exterior GI Powder Coated Shade in REGULAR MODEL.
- Inner/Outer made of SS 304 Matt/Buff finish in GMP MODEL.
- High grade PUFF insulation provided in between the wall to minimize heat loss.
- Temperature controlled by Microprocessor based PID Temperature Controller with Dual Digital Indicator and PT 100 sensor.
- Cooling kit includes hermetically sealed compressor, condenser, and fan motor safely placed at the back of the unit — CFC free cooling system.
- Air circulation performed by heavy duty motorized blower firmly installed at the back or top of the unit.
- Heating provided by U Type SS Air Heater.
- Fully insulated door with view glass provided for clear observation of tests.
