Description
The Bacteriological Incubator (Regular – GMP Models) is designed for precise and consistent incubation required in sterilization, drying, heat treatment, and thermal testing applications. Built with triple-walled construction, it features an inner chamber made of SS 304 and an exterior of powder-coated GI/MS sheet in the regular model, while the GMP/CGMP models are available with SS 316 or SS 304 matt/buff finishes. High-quality glass wool insulation minimizes heat loss, and a fully insulated door with SS hinges, lock, and gasket ensures an airtight seal. The unit includes a full-length inner glass door for easy observation without disturbing the internal temperature. A microprocessor-based PID controller with a dual digital indicator ensures accurate temperature control within ±0.5°C, with a range from 5°C above ambient to 60°C. Uniform air circulation is achieved through a motorized blower, and SS 304 rod-type shelves provide ample and stable storage space. Reliable, efficient, and built to GMP standards, this incubator is ideal for microbiology, biotechnology, and quality control laboratories.
