The argon-welded body prevents steam or pressure leakage, while the unique single-lever locking mechanism enables smooth and secure operation without loss of vacuum or pressure. Equipped with a microprocessor-based PID temperature controller and PT-100 sensor, it offers precise temperature control up to 121°C (±1°C) and pressure up to 21 PSI (±1–2 PSI). The autoclave features automatic steam and air exhaust, a low-water level alarm, energy-efficient heaters, and multiple safety valves for enhanced protection.   • Fully argon welded to avoid steam and pressure leakage.
  • Double-walled construction with inner SS 304 matt/buff or mirror finish.
  • A special box-type outer GI/SS 304 body is provided with a state-of-the-art control panel to avoid direct heated contact with the main jacket and double-walled body of the autoclave.
  • A unique single-lever lock ensures easy lifting and closure of the autoclave door without leakage of vacuum and pressure.
  • Temperature controlled by microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with dual digital indicator and PT-100 sensor.
  • The cycle begins with the press of a start switch for fully automatic operation.
