The Fully Automatic Autoclave (Steam Sterilizer – Single Lever Lock Model) is a high-performance sterilization system engineered for laboratories, pharmaceutical industries, and research facilities. It efficiently sterilizes lab glassware, plastic tubing, and liquids in sealed containers with precision and safety. The chamber is double-walled and fully argon-welded, featuring an SS 304 inner body and a durable outer body made of GI or stainless steel, ensuring zero steam or pressure leakage. Its microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with a PT-100 sensor maintains precise conditions up to 121°C (±1°C) and pressure levels up to 21 PSI (±1–2 PSI). The single-lever locking mechanism offers easy operation and a perfect seal, while the automatic steam and air exhaust system ensures smooth functioning. Key safety features include a low-water level alarm, energy-efficient heaters, a pressure gauge, a safety valve, and a vacuum breaker. - The cycle begins with a press of the start switch for fully automatic operation.
- Automatic steam and air exhaust at the end of the cycle.

- Removable SS304 rod carrier supported on a footed, in-built SS frame.
- Water low-level alarm indication and heater cut-off facility.
