Description
The Dual Chamber Unit is designed for versatile laboratory and industrial applications requiring both heating and cooling operations within a single system. It features a double-walled construction with an SS 304 inner chamber and a durable exterior available in GI powder-coated or SS 304 matt finish for GMP models. The unit is insulated with high-quality glass wool to minimize heat exchange and ensure energy efficiency. Equipped with a CFC-free cooling system, hermetically sealed compressor, and motorized blower, it ensures uniform air circulation and stable temperature control. Heating is provided by U-type SS air heaters, while each chamber operates independently with a microprocessor-based PID temperature controller, dual digital indicator, and PT-100 sensor for precise control. The system includes lockable insulated doors with secure gaskets and removable SS shelves for convenient operation and maintenance.
