Description
The Deep Freezer is specially designed for reliable and long-term storage of sensitive materials such as blood components, serum, vaccines, and medicines. Built with a double-walled construction, it features an SS 304 inner chamber and a GI powder-coated exterior in the Regular Model, while the GMP Model includes both inner and outer SS 304 matt finishes for enhanced durability and hygiene. The unit is insulated with high-density PUF to minimize heat loss and ensure consistent low temperatures. Equipped with a microprocessor-based PID temperature controller, dual digital indicator, and PT-100 sensor, it delivers precise temperature monitoring and control. The CFC-free cooling system includes a hermetically sealed compressor, condenser, and fan motor, strategically placed for optimal performance. A front-opening, highly insulated door with a silicone gasket and lockable handle ensures easy operation and tight sealing, while a low-wattage heater prevents door freezing. Available with adjustable SS 304 rod shelves or lockable drawers, this deep freezer ensures efficient, safe, and organized storage in laboratories, hospitals, and pharmaceutical facilities.
