Description

The Shaker Water Bath / Metabolic Water Bath is a precision-engineered unit designed for tissue culture, metabolism, cell incubation, protein coagulation, and enzyme studies requiring controlled temperature and reciprocal shaking. It features an insulated double-walled chamber with an inner SS 304 tank and a powder-coated GI/MS exterior in the regular model, while the GMP model offers both inner and outer SS 304 with a matt finish for superior durability and hygiene. The shaking speed can be digitally adjusted from 50 to 200 RPM using a digital speed controller, and a 24-hour digital timer with an alarm ensures precise operation. Temperature control is managed by a microprocessor-based PID controller with a dual digital display and a PT-100 sensor for high accuracy. The cooling model includes a hermetically sealed compressor, condenser, and fan motor to achieve temperatures down to 0°C. It also comes with a stainless steel shaking platform suitable for Erlenmeyer flasks or test tubes, along with a gable cover to prevent splashing at higher speeds, making it ideal for demanding laboratory applications.
