Description
The Block Heater is a compact and efficient laboratory instrument designed for precise temperature control in various clinical and research applications such as blood tests, enzyme analyses, culture activation, melting and boiling point determinations, wet ashing, sample concentration, and catalyst digestion. It features a highly insulated chamber that ensures uniform and efficient heat transfer to the test tubes. The aluminium alloy block provides excellent temperature uniformity, while the GI exterior with powder-coated finish enhances durability and resistance to corrosion. Equipped with a microprocessor-based PID temperature controller and dual digital indicator, it offers accurate and stable temperature regulation ranging from 5°C above ambient to 250°C, with an accuracy of ±1°C to ±2°C. This block heater delivers reliable performance and is ideal for laboratories requiring consistent heating for sample processing and analytical testing.
