- Construction
Double walled in construction Inner made of SS 304 & Ext. GI Powder Coated shade in REGULAR MODEL. Double walled in construction Inner made of SS 304 & Outer made of SS 304 Matt/Buff Finish in GMP MODEL.
- Insulation
The high grade PUFF/Wool Insulation provided in between the wall to minimize the heat loss.
- Controller
The Temp. is being controlled by Microprocessor based PID Temp. & Humidity Controller with Dual Digital Indicator & PT – 100 sensor for Temp & Capitence type sensor for RH%.
- Air Circulation
The air circulation is being performed by motorized blower firmly installed at the back or top of the Unit.
- Cooling Kit
The Cooling Kit includes hermetically sealed compressor, condenser, fan motor etc and are safely placed at the Bottom/Top of the unit . The cooling system is CFC free. Overload protection relay with time delay to switch on the compressor is provided.
- Humidification
The Humidification will be through Steam Injection System. The Stainless Steel Boiler Tank is provided having special refractory type SS Heater. A reservoir tank made of SS with float valve provided for continuous supply of water to Boiler.
- Heater
The Heating provided by U Type SS Air Heater.
- Shelves
The Shelves are Adjustable SS 304 Rod Type shelves provided depending upon selection of size.
- Illumination
The Illumination is provided by LED tube for clear visibility of test.
- Acrylic Door
A fully insulated door with Acrylic view is provided for clear observation of test.
