Description

The Low Temperature Bath Circulator (Table-Top Model) is designed for precise chilling and condensing operations in rotary vacuum evaporation and viscometer applications. It features a double-walled construction with an SS 304 inner chamber and a GI powder-coated exterior in the Regular Model, while the GMP Model offers SS 304/SS 316 interiors with a matt or buff finish. High-grade PUFF insulation ensures minimal heat loss, and the microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with a dual digital indicator and PT-100 sensor provides accurate temperature regulation. The unit includes ‘U’-type SS heaters for efficient heating and a CFC-free cooling system with a hermetically sealed compressor, condenser, and fan motor. Additionally, it is equipped with a pump cum stirring assembly for both internal and external circulation, ensuring excellent temperature uniformity, with an external head of up to 5–6 feet and a pump output of 5–7 liters per minute.

  • Double-walled construction: Inner made of SS 304 and exterior made of GI sheet, duly finished in GI powder-coated shade in the regular model.
  • Inner SS 304/SS 316 and exterior SS 304 matt/buff finish in GMP model.
  • High-grade PUFF insulation provided between the walls to minimize heat loss.
  • Temperature controlled by microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with dual digital indicator and PT-100 sensor.
  • Heating provided by ‘U’ type SS heaters.
  • The cooling kit includes hermetically sealed compressor, condenser, fan motor, etc., safely placed below the chamber. Cooling kit is CFC-free.
  • The unit consists of a pump-cum-stirring assembly for internal as well as external circulation and better temperature uniformity. External head up to 5/6 feet only.
  • Pump output: 5/7 liters per minute.
  • Cooling coil provided inside the chamber.

Optional

  • ALARM facility to alert in case of temperature overshoot.
  • PRINTER OUTPUT facility to record PV, SV, actual date/time with variable print time interval, 5000-line memory, and audio alarm facility in case of memory full.
  • Flexible SS 304 braided hose pipe with insulation cover can be provided.
  • LOW LEVEL DETECTION of brine/fluid with audio alarm facility.
