Description

The Low Temperature Bath (for Sensor Calibration and Testing) is a precision-engineered unit designed for accurate calibration and performance testing of temperature sensors under controlled conditions. It features a double-walled construction with an SS 304 inner chamber and GI powder-coated exterior in the Regular Model, while the GMP Model includes both inner and outer SS 304 matt/buff finish for enhanced durability and hygiene. The chamber is insulated with high-grade PUFF to minimize heat loss and maintain temperature stability. The unit is equipped with a microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with a dual digital indicator and a PT-100 sensor for precise temperature control. Efficient ‘U’ type SS heaters ensure uniform heating, while the CFC-free cooling kit—comprising a compressor, condenser, and fan motor—maintains low-temperature operations. The built-in stirring assembly ensures consistent internal circulation and uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber. A cooling coil inside the chamber further enhances thermal efficiency, making this bath ideal for sensor calibration, testing, and other laboratory or industrial applications requiring accurate low-temperature performance.

  • Double-walled construction with inner made of SS 304 and exterior made of GI sheet, duly finished in GI powder-coated shade in the regular model.
  • Inner SS 304 and exterior SS 304 matt/buff finish in GMP model.
  • High-grade PUFF insulation provided between the walls to minimize heat loss.
  • Temperature controlled by microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with dual digital indicator and PT-100 sensor.
  • Heating provided by ‘U’ type SS heaters.
  • The cooling kit includes hermetically sealed compressor, condenser, fan motor, etc., safely placed below the chamber. Cooling kit is CFC-free.
  • The unit consists of a stirring assembly for internal circulation and temperature uniformity.
  • Cooling coil provided inside the chamber.

Optional

  • Printer output facility required to record PV, SV, actual date/time with variable print time interval, 5000 line memory, and audio alarm facility in case of memory full.
  • 21 CFR Part 11 compliance software for data management.
