Description
The Freeze Dryer (Lyophilizer) is a highly efficient unit designed for precise and reliable lyophilization of biological and chemical samples, ideal for serum bottles, vials, ampoules, and other small glassware. Constructed with a durable SS 304 inner chamber and a GI powder-coated exterior, it ensures long-term performance and easy maintenance. The system features a mechanical cooling condenser capable of achieving temperatures of –50°C or –80°C, along with a vacuum gauge ranging from 1” to 30” Hg for accurate pressure monitoring. Controlled by a microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with a dual digital indicator and PT-100 sensor, it delivers exceptional temperature accuracy. Available in 3 Ltr. and 6 Ltr. capacities, the lyophilizer can be configured with drum-type, vertical, or straight-type stainless steel manifolds, each equipped with quick-seal valves for secure flask attachment and maximum vapour flow. Supplied with a suitable vacuum pump, this freeze dryer is ideal for laboratories and industries requiring efficient drying, preservation, and stabilization of heat-sensitive materials.

- Stainless steel manifolds are designed to provide maximum vapour flow and convenient access to all parts. Each ¾” port has a quick seal valve for attaching a variety of flasks.

- Microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with printer output facility to record PV, SV, actual date/time, etc., with variable print time interval, 5000-line memory, and audio alarm facility in case of memory full.
