Description

The Pharma/Lab Refrigerator is a precision-engineered cooling system designed to store temperature-sensitive materials in laboratories and pharmaceutical environments. Built with a double-walled construction, it features a SS 304 inner chamber and either a GI powder-coated exterior (Regular Model) or a SS 304 matt finish exterior (GMP Model) for superior durability and hygiene. High-grade PUF or glass wool insulation ensures minimal heat exchange, while a CFC-free cooling system with a hermetically sealed compressor, condenser, and fan motor maintains efficient performance. The unit includes a motorized blower for uniform air circulation, ‘U’ type SS air heaters, and removable SS rod-type shelves for flexible storage. A full-length inner glass door allows easy viewing without disturbing the temperature, while a key-lockable insulated outer door ensures safety and temperature stability. Controlled by an automatic autotuning microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with a dual digital indicator and PT-100 sensor, it provides precise temperature regulation. Additional safety features include ELCB, contactor, and fuse protection, making it ideal for reliable and long-term laboratory or pharmaceutical use.
