Description
The APM Series Furnace is designed for high-temperature applications up to 1200°C and 1400°C, ideal for laboratories, research, and industrial testing. Built with ceramic board insulation and Cerawool lining, it ensures minimal heat loss and excellent thermal efficiency. The microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with dual digital indicators provides accurate temperature control and safety. The front-loading design and limit switch protection enhance ease of use and operator safety. Available in Regular and GMP models, this laboratory furnace is perfect for precise heat treatment, sintering, and material testing. Optional features include programmable controllers, printer output, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance software for advanced data management.
Furnace(apm Series - 1200°c/1400°c - Front Loading Model)
- Double walled in construction. Inner made of Ceramic board bricks and exterior made of GI sheet duly finished in powder coated shade in REGULAR MODEL.
- Outer SS 304 Matt/Buff finish in GMP MODEL.
- High grade vacuum pressed board and Cerawool insulation with blanket is provided between the walls to minimize heat loss.
- Temperature is controlled by Microprocessor Based PID Temperature Controller with Dual Digital Indicator and CR/AL or PT PT RH Sensor.
- Control system is incorporated with Solid-State Fuse to protect the heating element in case of temperature overshoot.
- Exhaust fan is provided for extraction of oxidizing gases generated during burning and for homogeneous heating.
- A sturdy mechanism and alignment is provided for insulated door with easy opening and closing.
- Limit switch is provided to disconnect heater supply automatically when the door is open.
