The Digital Flocculator (Jar Tester) is an advanced laboratory instrument designed to determine the optimum coagulant concentration for effective flocculation, helping ensure efficient water and wastewater treatment while reducing chemical costs. Built with a lightweight GI housing finished in an elegant powder-coated shade, the unit is available in 4 or 6 paddle models for both laboratory and field applications. It features electronically controlled variable-speed brushless stepper motors that drive the stainless steel paddles, which can reach a maximum depth of 9 inches. Each stirring rod can be adjusted or removed individually during operation for flexibility. The equipment includes fluorescent tube illumination with an acrylic diffuse plate that provides uniform, glare-free lighting for clear visibility of floc formation. Compatible with standard 1-litre glass beakers, this jar tester ensures precise and consistent testing performance for research, industrial, and environmental laboratories.
