The Dynamic Pass Box is a critical cleanroom equipment designed to transfer materials between areas of differing cleanliness levels without allowing cross-contamination. Constructed from durable SS 304 stainless steel and cladded on a thermocouple/PU base for enhanced strength, it ensures superior hygiene and structural stability. This custom-built double-walled pass box comes equipped with electromagnetic interlocking doors, LED lighting, and flush double-glass view panels for clear visibility. Featuring EU-13 HEPA filters (99.97% down to 0.3 microns) and EU-5 pre-filters (95% down to 5 microns), it maintains exceptional air purity standards. The adjustable face velocity (80–100 FPM) ensures efficient filtration, while the dynamically and statically balanced blower minimizes vibration and noise (below 68 dB). Designed for flameproof electrical fittings and equipped with a Magnehelic gauge to monitor pressure differentials, this Dynamic Pass Box fully complies with ISO 14644 cleanroom standards, ensuring safe, efficient, and contamination-free material transfer.
