The Fume Hood is designed to ensure safety and efficiency during chemical handling by providing superior ventilation and protection from hazardous fumes. Its robust construction features a thick Mild Steel body with a GI/MS powder-coated finish for durability, while the GMP model comes with a SS 304 outer surface for enhanced corrosion resistance. The work table top is made of thick, chemical-resistant granite, offering a smooth, washable, and long-lasting surface. Equipped with a counterbalanced sash for easy movement and a built-in basin for drainage, the fume hood also includes a storage cabinet for keeping chemicals and accessories organized. Its aerodynamic design ensures optimal airflow, supported by a centrifugal fan and high-quality HDPE/FRP/PPGL/PP/PVC ducting for efficient vapour evacuation. The double-wall construction allows easy access for maintenance and services such as gas, water, and electricity. Additional features include a transparent 6mm front door, inbuilt electrical sockets (5A/16A), a gas or vacuum cock, and a water connection with basin, making it a reliable and user-friendly solution for laboratory safety and performance.
