Description
The Heating Mantle is designed for safe and efficient heating of round-bottom flasks in laboratory applications. It features a durable aluminum housing with a powder-coated finish in the Regular Model and a stainless steel (SS 304) body in the GMP Model for enhanced corrosion resistance. The unit is equipped with thick hand-knitted fiberglass netting for uniform heat distribution and high-quality insulation to ensure safety and energy efficiency. An energy regulator allows precise power control, and larger sizes come with booster heaters for faster heating. With a maximum surface temperature of 350°C, this heating mantle provides reliable performance for a wide range of heating processes.
