Description
The Rectangular/Round Shape Model Hot Plate is a durable and efficient heating unit designed for uniform temperature distribution in laboratory applications. Available in both rectangular and round plate designs, it features a robust structure with MS/GI powder-coated body in the Regular Model and a complete SS 304 construction in the GMP Model. The top plate is supported by strong MS/SS pillars, providing air insulation that keeps the control compartment cool during operation. Equipped with long-lasting Nichrome heating elements and a microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with dual digital indicators and a PT-100 sensor, this unit ensures precise temperature regulation. It offers a maximum surface temperature of 300°C and operates efficiently on 230V AC power.

- Plates are in Rectangular/Round Shape.
- Top plate overhangs by supporting MS/SS pillars which allows air insulation between plate and control compartment to keep control compartment cool.

- Body made of thick mild steel/GI sheet duly finished in powder coated shade in REGULAR MODEL.
- Body made of SS 304 & plate also made of SS 304 in GMP MODEL.
