Description
The Laminar Air Flow Cabinet ensures a clean and sterile working environment, designed for applications that demand contamination-free air conditions. It is constructed in MS powder-coated finish for the Regular Model and SS 304 matt/buff finish for the GMP Model, ensuring durability and easy maintenance. The unit features a Minipleat HEPA Filter (EU-13 rating, 99.997% efficiency down to 0.3 micron) with Lydall or Hollingsworth & Vose media and polyurethane sealant, along with a Pre-filter (EU-5 rating, 95% efficiency down to 5 microns) for superior air purification. The face velocity of HEPA is adjustable between 90 ± 20 FPM, maintaining Class 100 air cleanliness as per ISO-14644 & IEST-RP-CC001.3 standards. It comes with a custom-built, dynamically and statically balanced motor blower for low vibration and noise. For visibility and safety, the cabinet includes a UV light, diffused fluorescent lighting (300 Lux), and a digital magnehelic gauge to monitor pressure drop across filters. The control panel provides individual switches for blower and lighting with a 15/5 Amp socket outlet. Additionally, complete DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ documentation and SS 304 MOC and filter test certificates are supplied during installation, ensuring performance validation and compliance.
