Description
The Seed Germinator is a precision-engineered unit designed for controlled germination and seed testing under accurate environmental conditions. It features a double-walled construction with a 304 SS inner chamber and a powder-coated exterior in the Regular Model, while the GMP Model includes an SS 304/SS 316 interior and SS 304 matt/buff exterior finish for enhanced durability. Temperature and humidity are precisely managed by a microprocessor-based PID controller with dual digital indicators and high-quality sensors for accurate readings. The CFC-free cooling kit ensures eco-friendly operation, while the steam injection system maintains humidity levels between 40% RH and 95% RH with ±2–3% stability. It includes an efficient air circulation system for uniform conditions, a boiler tank with auto cut-off and low-water audio alarm, and a reservoir water tank with float valve. The adjustable SS shelves, glass viewing window, and fluorescent illumination provide convenience and clear visibility during testing. Safety features like overload protection and compressor time delay make it ideal for reliable seed germination and research applications.
Seed Germinator
- Double walled having Inner 304 SS chamber and exterior finished in powder-coated shade in REGULAR MODEL.
- Inner SS 304/SS 316 and exterior SS 304 matt/buff finish in GMP MODEL.
- The temperature and humidity are controlled by a microprocessor-based PID Temp. & RH% controller with dual digital indicator, PT-100 sensor for temperature, and imported sensor for RH%.
- Cooling kit is CFC-free. The cooling kit includes hermetically sealed compressor, condenser, fan motor, etc., safely placed below/above the chamber.
- Humidification through steam injection system. Humidity levels from 40% RH to 95% RH depending on temperature (lower temp = lower humidity, higher temp = higher humidity). Humidity stability: ±2% RH to ±3% RH.
- Air circulation system ensures greater stability of conditions and even distribution inside the chamber.
- A boiler tank consisting of a water heater with auto cut-off facility and audio alarm for low water level.
- Reservoir water tank provided with float valve.
- Overload protection relay and time delay for compressor.
- Adjustable SS rod-type shelves included as standard in all units.
- Glass view window provided on the door for test observation.
- Illumination provided through fluorescent tubes for clear visibility of test and required lux intensity.
