Description
The Ageing Oven (available in Regular and GMP models) is designed for precise ageing tests of PVC and rubber materials. It features a solid circular aluminum heating block capable of accommodating multiple cylindrical cells for uniform heat distribution. Each aluminum cell includes a central air inlet connected to a diaphragm pump, ensuring equal air changes across all cells for consistent test conditions. The temperature is accurately regulated by an automatic autotuning microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with a dual digital indicator and PT-100 sensor. The system also includes a digital timer of up to 99 hours, allowing long-duration tests. Models are available in 7-cell or 19-cell configurations as per BS specifications, ensuring high performance and reliability in material durability and thermal ageing analysis.
Ageing Oven (Regular – Gmp – Model)
- Most suitable for Ageing test of PVC and Rubber.
- Solid Aluminum heating block (circular) to accommodate cylinder cells.
- The aluminum cell has a center hole at the bottom which allows pre-heated air to enter from a small diaphragm pump; the air changes per hour are the same through all the cells.
- The temperature is controlled by an automatic autotuning type microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with dual digital indicator and PT-100 sensor.
- The system incorporates a digital timer of 99 hours.
- Selection of model: 7 cells or 19 cells as per BS specification.
