Built to comply with ICH, WHO, and USFDA standards, this chamber ensures reliable temperature and humidity control using a microprocessor-based PID controller with dual digital indicators. The inner chamber is made of high-quality SS 304/316 stainless steel, while the exterior is available in powder-coated or matte stainless-steel finishes for durability and hygiene. Featuring CFC-free cooling systems, steam-based humidification, and uniform air circulation, the chamber maintains stable conditions with ±1°C temperature and ±3% RH accuracy.   • Double-walled construction with Inner SS 304 chamber and exterior finished in powder-coated shade in Regular Model.
  • Inner SS 304/SS 316 and exterior SS 304 matt/buff finish in GMP Model.
  • Temperature and humidity controlled by microprocessor-based PID temperature and RH% controller with dual digital indicator, PT-100 sensor for temperature, and imported sensor for RH%.
  • Cooling kit is CFC-free, including hermetically sealed compressor, condenser, and fan motor, safely placed below or above the chamber.
  • Humidification through steam injection system, maintaining humidity levels from 40% RH to 95% RH depending on temperature (lower temperature = lower humidity, higher temperature = higher humidity). Humidity stability: ±2% RH to ±3% RH.
  • Air circulation system ensures stability of conditions and even distribution inside the chamber.
  • Boiler tank with water heater having auto cut-off facility and audio alarm for low water level.
  • Reservoir water tank with float valve provided for continuous water supply.
  • Overload protection relay and time delay provided for compressor safety.
  • Adjustable SS rod-type shelves provided as standard in all units.
  • Two-pane glass window on the door for clear observation of tests, with an ancillary heater between the glass to prevent condensation.
  • Illumination provided through fluorescent tubes for clear visibility of tests.

  • Printer output facility to record PV, SV, actual date/time with variable print time intervals, 5000-line memory, and audio alarm in case of memory full.
