Description
The Double Door Horizontal Autoclave (High Pressure Cylindrical Steam Sterilizer) is a robust and efficient sterilization unit designed for large-scale use in microbiology, QC, and research laboratories, as well as pharmaceutical industries. Constructed entirely from SS 304 with a 4 mm thick chamber, 6 mm jacket, and 12 mm door plate, it ensures durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life. The unit features full insulation with 50 mm fibreglass wool and a mirror-polished outer body for thermal efficiency and hygiene. Equipped with a PLC touchscreen HMI controller and printer, it offers a fully automatic cycle with real-time data recording. The autoclave includes an inbuilt steam generator, a watering-type vacuum pump with an SS condenser, and SS trays for uniform sterilization. Operating at a pressure of 1.2 to 1.5 kgf/cm² and a temperature range of 121°C to 125°C, it undergoes rigorous hydraulic testing for reliability and safety.
